Devkota Studies, a half-yearly publication,
accepts scholarly papers written in Nepali or
in English. Four issues have come out. The fifth
issue is due in October, 2008.

We invite scholarly articles
on Mahakavi Devkota's works for Devkota
studies. Such articles may be written in
English or in Nepali, but the MLA style is required.
NEWSLETTER:
Gatibidhi. A total of three issues
of our newsletter have appeared thus far.
COMPACT DISC:
Devkota Centre has recorded Mahakavi Devkota's
"Nepali Rastriyagaan" ("Nepalese
National Anthem") in a compact disc. A
selected section of this lyric has been put
to music by Bhupendra
Rayamajhi. The vocalists are
Bibhu Koirala, Pradeep
Niraula, Shiva
Pariyar, Sheela
Bista, Manisha
Pokharel, Sumitra
Niraula, and Srijana
Gajurel. Devkota Centre thanks all these
artists for their labour of love. Special thanks
goes to Neerbhim
for managing this task.
For the time being, Devkota Centre will seek
to broadcast this national anthem through the
various national radio frequencies. A marketable
product will follow sometime during the poet's
centenary.
