purpose in Deutsch on Poet LP Devkota ...als
ein bekannt Person von Nepal... (in between
dots Deutsch phrase). I found it excellent however
lacks downloadable pictures for presentation
purposes. So please upload urgently downloadble
pics as many as you can for readers' information.
I like this homepage very much.

You deserve warm congratulations for everything
you are doing, including this website which
is gradually developing into a mine to explore
Devkota.
Just two comments about the site:
1. As the centenary celebration is our most
important event ahead, can we give a more emphatic
space/exposure on the home page for it; i.e.
rather than making it 'one of our contents'
can we highlight it separately as we have done
with "Activities', "DSRC Library",
and "Sample Manuscript"?
2. Should we flash "Donate" like that?
I don't know what impression an average viewer
of our site will make from it! Or, is its inclusion
among one of the titles just enough if anyone
really wishes to help us?
Prakash Subedi
Answer: We have changed
the colour of "Devkota Centenary"
to red. --PD

It's a great contribution and a praiseworthy
matter to have such good organisation work for
Nepali art and literature. It can play a key
role in the preservation of national assets
of the country like our beloved Mahakabi!!!

Doctor saheb,
I went through the web-site and found it well-done.
Its a humble beginning, no
doubt, but when I say so, I remember your father's
line: "pachhika badhti
dekhai uthchhan hiunka takura!"

Dear Padam ji,
I got your address from the newly created DSRC
web site. I happen to look into the site based
on the infomation provided by The Kathmandu
Post (07 Feb.)
There is no question about the contributions
made by your father in the sphere of Nepali
literature. From that angle the DSRC site will
help bring all Devkota lovers informed with
its programmes and activities.
I am sure you are aware about the publications
made by my father, Indra Nath Arjyal (86), which
deals exclusively with works of your father.
Of the three book series (Ganita 1 , Ganita
2 & Ganita 3), published some years ago,
the second one is wholly devoted [to] explaining
Devkota's work from a rather different angle.
I am sure DSRC will keep tracks of such works
in its site as well.
...
With best regards,
Hemant Arjyal

Dear Mr. Devkota:
Congratulations on the center and a wonderful
effort to honor a personality appreciated by
all sects of the society. I would like to explore
avenues to help the center; that is if you are
looking for any assistance, especially for the
library....
Look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
