Professor Dr. Rameshwor
Adhikary donated a Sony cassette recorder
to Devkota Centre.
2007
On January 6, 2007, Mr.
Laxman Giri donated Rs. 400.00 (four
hundred rupees) to Mahakavi Devkota Library.
On January 6, 2007, Mr.
Baburam Khanal donated Rs. 700.00 (seven
hundred rupees) to Mahakavi Devkota Library.
On January 6, 2007, Mr.
Keshab Sigdel donated Rs. 400.00 (four
hundred rupees) to Mahakavi Devkota Library.
On March 29, 2007, Mrs.
Asha Pradhan donated Rs. 5000.00 (five
thousand rupees) to Devkota Centre.
On November 9, 2007, students of Little Angels
College formed the Nepali Sahitya-Sewa Aviyan
to collect a fund of Rs. 19,475.00 (nineteen
thousand four hundred and seventy-five rupees)
on their own initiative. They have donated this
amount to Devkota Centre to bring out a collection
of unpublished poems written originally in English
by Poet Laxmi Prasad Devkota. Among the active
fund-raisers of Nepali Sahitya-Sewa Aviyan are:
Krishna Thapa,
Niroj Bhattarai,
Binod Basnet, Bed
Prakash Bhatta, Prabal
Bhusal, Kapil Koirala,
and Shirish Acharya.
On November 15, 2007, Mr.
Shuvaraj Ranabhat donated Rs. 1000.00
(one thousand rupees) to Devkota Centre.
2006
On March 30, 2006, Mr.
Dolindra Prasad Sharma of Oxford International
Publication donated Rs. 50,105.00 (fifty thousand
one hundred and five) to Devkota Centre.
Since 2006, Mr. Dolindra
Prasad Sharma of Oxford International
Publication has borne the printing expenses
of Devkota Studies (2,3) and the Centre's
Newsletters.
In 2006, Professor
Dr. Rameshwor Adhikary donated Rs. 25,000.00
(twenty-five thousand) for the publication of
a bilingual edition of Poet Devkota's poems.
In 2006, Padma Devkota
donated a computer to Devkota Centre.
2005
In 2005, Professor
Dr. Rameshwor Adhikary donated a book
shelf and many books and journals (343 items)
to the Mahakavi Dekvota Library.
On November 10, 2005,
Sajha Prakashan
donated 23 books by Poet Devkota to the Mahakavi
Devkota Library
